First TLTRO take-up disappointing at only €82.6B

FXStreet (Łódź) - The ECB has just announced that the TLTRO allotment in the first round of the program amounted to 82.6 billion euros, significantly less than the expected 110-150 billion euro result.

255 banks tapped the facility for funds.

The euro rose to session high of 1.2907 on the news.
